Author Deonne Parker and her husband Lynn Castner are retired attorneys from Minnesota, now living on Hilton Head Island South Carolina. Deonne is a graduate of the College of Charleston and Indiana University Law School. Deonne Parker's next book to be published is about Lilla's sister Marguerite Player Priester, the second of A Life in the Lowcountry series. Lilla and Marguerite are Deonne's aunts; Grace Player Parker is her mother. Her third book in A Life in the Lowcountry series is about Grace and the author's family. Three books of poetry are coming soon.
